After several years of medical practice, Dr. Jason Fadeyi immersed himself into strategic management consulting, briefly working at McKinsey & Company, a global strategy consulting firm, before becoming a Member and founding Partner of CSS Corporate Solutions LLC. Dr. Fadeyi focuses primarily on strategic business issues in the Energy sector.

Dr. Jason Fadeyi is a physician by training and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Member of the American Academy of Medicine. He obtained his bachelor's degree at Yale University and a combined medical degree and M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Wharton School.

Steven Fadeyi is a Member and Partner at CSS Corporate Solutions LLC. Mr. Fadeyi is an experienced corporate lawyer with extensive international experience in energy and public policy across Europe, America & Africa. He has spent over ten years as Executive Director on multiple boards in the oil and gas sector and has played an essential role in the growth and sustainability of the firm.

Steven Fadeyi holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tufts University and has been a New York bar association member for over 15 years.

Connie Ogundare is a Member and Partner at CSS Corporate Solutions LLC. She founded CSS in 2003 and previously served as a co-managing member, along with Dr. Jason Fadeyi until 2007. Her main focus was to establish and execute the firm's tone, culture, management structure, along with setting and achieving CSS's short and long-term goals.

Connie holds two bachelor's degrees, a Master's degree in Clinical Pharmacy and is a Registered Pharmacist in New York State. She practiced as a Clinical Pharmacist for almost ten years before starting her own two businesses.
