Procurement

These acquisitions include, but are not limited to: wellheads, valves, line pipes, compressors and heavy machineries such as forklifts and cranes. CSS researches and investigates industry standards while coordinating with clients to find what best fits their needs, confirming receipt of equipment specifications and data supplied to vendors and ensuring equipment is precisely configured for optimal results. Items are procured at the best possible cost to meet the purchaser’s needs in terms of quality, quantity, time and location.
We also liaise with specialist freight forwarders in international shipping to minimize risk by establishing optimal logistics.
Expatriate Services
Once selection of the qualified individual has been made, CSS handles the complete negotiations to bring the expatriate specialist on board. This includes obtaining visas and work permits promptly and making initial travel arrangements for the independent consultant. CSS works closely with the government and its embassy staff to ensure that our client has the resources it needs, while adhering to the strict rules that apply.
CSS becomes the point person for any issues that might arrive with our client’s expatriate consultant to help them navigate through the process with confidence. We pride ourselves in performing in the best interest of the client, while having trust of the expatriate for a seamless experience.
